Solution

When glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate is converted to 1,3 – bisphosphoglycerate the ${NAD}^{+}$ reduced to $NADH + H^{+}$ . Therefore, ${NAD}^{+}$ is the oxidizing agent and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate is the reducing agent.
