In mitotic anaphase each daughter chromosome and in metaphase of Meiosis I each chromosome is associated with only one chromosomal spindle fiber. In Mitotic metaphase and in Meiosis metaphase II each chromosome is associated with two chromosomal spindle fibers with one from each pole.,
