detailed solution

Correct option is B

Synthesis of ATP requires movement of electrons through electron transport system which is seen in both cyclic as well as non-cyclic photophosphorylation. Electron movement generates energy needed for pumping of protons from stroma to lumen. The protons of lumen move by facilitated diffusion into stroma during which the energy liberated is used for the formation of ATP in CF particles.
