Fluid mosaic model explains the structure of the following of a living cell

Fluid mosaic model was proposed by Singer and Nicolson to understand the structure of cell membrane and other biological membranes of any living organism or cell. According to this model the fluid like bimolecular continuous lipid zone has randomly and peripherally and integrally distributed proteins.
