Gamete contains 1n number of chromosome and 1c amount of DNA
A normal somatic cell at $G_{1}$ phase contains 2n number of chromosomes and 2c amount of DNA.
At S phase the amount of DNA doubles but the number of chromosomes remain the same.
Therefore, the amount of DNA is 4c= 22 X 4 = 88pg.
