The possible combinations of genotypes of gametes produced by a pea plant with RrYY genotype are RY and rY in equal proportions. Since genotype does not show homozgygous recessive condition for color of seed. During gamete formation alleles of gene are segregated and gametes will be having one of the pair of alleles for a character but not both. Hence there is no formation of RR gametes.
