Solution

When pyruvic acid is converted to lactic acid $NADH + H^{+}$ is reoxidised to ${NAD}^{+}$ . When glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate is converted to 1, 3 biphosphoglyceric acid and pyruvic acid is converted to acetyl Co A $NADH + H^{+}$ is produced from ${NAD}^{+}$ .
