Types of alternate phyllotaxies can not be identified as a particular sub-type, because alternate phyllotaxy types are decided by counting the number of rows of leaves in a given twig as Distichous, Tristichous, Pentastichous, Octastichous adn Parastichous types. Similarly the type of opposite phyllotaxy as superposed or decussate can not be confirmed as it requires the presence of at least two nodes in a twig.
