If the man has genotype $I^{A} I^{A}$ and woman has genotype $I^{B} I^{B}$ then all the offspring produced will have genotype of $I^{A} I^{B}$ . But we no such options.
Therefore, we will assume that the genotype of man is $I^{A} i$ and the genotype of woman is $I^{B} i$ .
