Solution

The man has 2 heterozygous condition in the genotype. Therefore, the number of gametes produced is 2ⁿ. i.e., 2²=4. Therefore, P is 4. The woman also has 2 heterozygous condition in the genotype. Therefore, the number of gametes produced is 2ⁿ, i.e., 2²=4. therefore, Q=4.
