Easy
Solution

Working with Mouse, burning candle and mint plant in closed container, Priestly has shown that the content of the air removed by burning candle and mouse were restored by mint plant and also showed the role of air in plant growth. Jan Ingenhousz demonstrated that plant could restore the part of air removed by mouse and burning candle only in the presence of sunlight. He also shown the release of oxygen in photosynthesis. Sachs discovered the formation of glucose when the plants are growing and its storage as starch. Englemann used aerobic bacteria to detect the site of oxygen evolution in the green alga Cladophora illuminated with red and blue lights of visible spectrum
