Detailed Solution
P generation is parental generation which has true breeding plants differed with respect to single character. F1 is first filial generation obtained upon the cross between true breeding parents. It produced heterozygous plants with expression of dominant traits. F2 generation is the offspring obtained upon selfing or intercrossing in F1 individuals. It had a genotypic ratio of 1:2:1 with heterozygous tall plants double the number of homozygous tall. When tall plants of F2 generation are test crossed by crossing with recessive parents he obtained either all tall plants if it is homozygous tall or obtained tall and dwarf plants in 1:1 ratio if the tall plant is heterozygous.
