Solution

Metacentric chromosome has median centromere and two arms. Sub-metacentric chromosome has sub-median centromere and two unequal arms. Acrocentric chromosome has centromere just below one of the ends and forms two very unequal arms. Telocentric chromosome has only one arm and centromere at one of the ends.
