Formation of ATP by energy released from electrons removed during oxidation of substrate is called oxidative phosphorylation.ATP  formation by transfer of phosphate from substrate to ATP is called substrate level phosphorylation (SLP).Addition of phosphate to ADP called phosphorylation, that may be SLP, photophosphorylation or oxidative  phosphorylation.
