5S – rRNA gets synthesized by the catalytic activity of I. RNA Polymerase III. RNA Polymerase IIIII. RNA polymerase IIIIV. RNA Polymerase of Prokaryotes.

5S rRNA is present in larger subunit of both 70S and 80S ribosomes. In Prokaryotes it is formed by the activity of only RNA Polymerase of those organisms. In Eukaryotes it is formed by RNA polymerase III, which also forms tRNA and snRNA molecules.
