Solution

In Sea Urchin 17% of bases are cytosine.
According to Chargaff’s rule. The amount of Cytosine is equal to the amount of guanine. Therefore, % guanine is 17%.
%(A+T)= 100-(17+17)
= 100-34
= 66%
