Statement A: All cistrons are genes
Statement B: Every cistron has protein formation information in uninterrupted fashion.
A cistron is a gene that has information for the formation of protein. Polycistrons have information for the formation of more than one proteins. These are common in prokaryotes. Information for the formation of each protein is continuous and uninterrupted. In Monocistron which has information for the formation of only one protein, the information is discontinuous and split. Such cistrons are common in Eukaryotes.
