Solution

During the replication of DNA proof reading is done by DNA polymerase I and III and if any wrong entries of nucleotides are found, the wrong nucleotides are removed and right ones are incorporated. Such mechanism is not seen in transcription. Hence change in the sequence of nucleotides in DNA replication are not seen.
