Statement A: Movement of chromosomes is seen in anaphase.
Statement B: Movement of centrosomes is seen in prophase.
During anaphase, the chromosomes split at the centromere and the sister chromatids are separated and moved to opposite poles. In prophase the daughter centrosomes show aster formation around them and move towards the opposite poles.
