Statement A: RuBisCo of C4 plants shows high carboxylation activity than the Rubisco of C3 plants.
Statement B: High intracellular CO2 concentration is maintained in mesophyll cells than in the bundle sheath cells of C4 plants.
Several mesophyll cells of C4 plants are involved in gathering CO2 of atmosphere to form C4 acids. These are transported to bundle sheath cells and subjected to decarboxylation to increase intracellular concentration of CO2 in bundle sheath cells due to decarboxylation to enhance the RuBisCO carboxylation activity.
