The structures of dicot root that can dedifferentiate to form secondary tissues are
I. Pericycle
II. Epidermis
III. Endodermis
IV. Conjunctive tissue
In a dicot root, during secondary growth the conjunctive tissue present beneath the phloem regains meristematic activity and forms major part of vascular cambium that gives rise secondary vascular tissues. Pericycle also regains meristematic activity and forms complete cork cambium and little vascular cambium. Cork cambium produces Cork and Secondary cortex and Vascular cambium forms secondary xylem and secondary phloem.
