Ribosomes have the sites known as Peptidyl site where the first aminoacyl transfer RNA is lodged and also the site of deacylation. Amino acyl site is the one where the subsequent aminoacyl tRNA are placed and after peptide bond formation the peptidyl tRNA is shifted from this site to Peptidyl site. Exit site is the one from where the free tRNA makes entry into cytoplasm from the ribosomal surface.
