When both the phases of life cycle are multicellular, i.e., haploid and diploid phases are more  than one celled

Bryophytes and Pteridophytes undergo haplodiplontic life cycle. Both the phases are multicellular. In Bryophytes dominant phase is gametophyte and in Pteridophytes it is sporophyte.
