When cell has stalled DNA replication fork, which checkpoint should be predominantly activated?
If cell has stalled DNA replication fork, then /S genetic check point should be predominantly activated otherwise replication fork can’t established (stalled). Even after replication fork formation cell cycle can be stop at /M checkpoint if DNA replication occur abnormal or erroneous. Formation of replication fork is not an assurance of cell division. But without activation of /S check point cell can’t initiate replication fork.
