Lysosomal vesicles are very rich in almost all types of hydrolytic enzymes (hydrolases – lipases, proteases, carbohydrases) which are capable of digesting lipids, proteins, carbohydrates etc.  Vacuole contains water, sap, excretory product and other materials not useful for the cell. Both of these cell organelles does not contain DNA and are  part of the endomembrane system. 

Chloroplast, mitochondria and nucleus contain DNA.
