$Δ_{o} > P,$ strong field ligand, Pairing occurs in lower level until it is completely – $t_{2 g}^{6}$
$Δ_{o} < P,$ weak field ligand, Pairing occurs only when both $t_{2 g}$ and $e_{g}$ set of orbitals are half filled…… $t_{2 g}^{4} e_{g}^{2}$
