Acid rain is harmful for

(a) Acid rain decreases soil fertility due to leaching out of plant nutrients.(b) Due to acid rain, pH value of some lakes and streams decreases (and sometimes falls below 3), at which fishes are adversely affected and some varieties are even killed.
