$u_{av} \propto \sqrt{T}, \frac{u_{2}}{u_{1}} = \sqrt{\frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}} = \sqrt{\frac{1200}{300}} = 2 .0 ∴ u_{2} = 0 .6 {ms}^{- 1}$
