${Hg}_{2} {Cl}_{2} (s) ⇌ \underset{S}{{Hg}_{2} {Cl}_{2}} (aq) \to \underset{S}{{Hg}_{2}^{+ 2}} (aq) + \underset{2 s}{{2 Cl}^{-}} (aq)$
$K_{sp} = S \times (2 S)^{2} = 4 S^{3} = 4 \times {(10^{- 2})}^{3}$
$K_{sp} = 4 \times 10^{- 6}$
