$I_{2} present in 10 mL {CHCl}_{3} = 0 .8 g I_{2} extracted into 400 {mLH}_{2} O = 0 .2 g$
$∴ C_{I_{2}} ({CHCl}_{3}) = \frac{0 .8}{10} g {mL}^{- 1}$
$C_{T_{2}} (H_{2} O) = \frac{0 .2}{400} g {mL}^{- 1}$
$∴ \frac{C_{I_{2}} ({CHCl}_{3})}{C_{I_{2}} (H_{2} O)} = \frac{\frac{0 .8}{10}}{\frac{0 .2}{400}} = 160$
