$\begin{array}{l} [H_{3} O^{+}] = 10^{- 5}; P^{H} = 5 \\ K_{a} = 10^{- 6}, P^{Ka} = 6 \\ P^{H} = P^{Ka} + \log \frac{[salt]}{[acid]} \end{array}$
$5 = 6 + \log \frac{[salt]}{[acid]}$
$\frac{[salt]}{[acid]} = \frac{1}{10}$
$\frac{[acid]}{[salt]} = 10$
