Hydrogen chloride gas is sent into a 100meter tube from one end 'A' and ammonia gas from the other end 'B' under similar conditions. At what distance from 'A' will be the two gases meet (in meters)

$\frac{r_{{NH}_{3}}}{r_{HCl}} = \sqrt{\frac{M_{HCl}}{M_{{NH}_{3}}}} = \sqrt{\frac{36.5}{17}}$
$\begin{matrix} \frac{100 - x}{x} = 1.465 \\ x = 40.48 \end{matrix}$
$x = 40.48$
Then meet at 40.48m from end A.
