For
$\begin{array}{l} l = 0, m_{l} = 0 \\ l = 1, m_{l} = - 1, 0, + 1 \\ l = 2, m_{l} = - 2, - 1, 0, + 1, + 2 \\ l = 3, m_{l} = - 3, - 2, - 1, 0, + 1, + 2, + 3 \end{array}$
There will be six electrons with $m_{s} = - \frac{1}{2}$
