\large {S^2} = 9 \times {10^{ - 6}}

\large {\Rightarrow S} = 3 \times {10^{ - 3}}

\large \Rightarrow \frac{{\frac{1}{{136}}}}{V} = 3 \times {10^{ - 3}}

\large \Rightarrow V=\frac{10^3}{136\times3} = 2.45
