(i) Combustion of propane :

C3H8+5O2(g)3CO2(g)+4H2O 1 mole  5 mole

(ii) Combustion of butane :

C4H10+132O24CO2(g)+5H2O

1 mole132mole

2 mole = 132×2=13

Total moles of O2 = 13 + 5 = 18 mole
