Solution

$α = \frac{λ^{c}}{λ^{\infty}} = \frac{2}{200} = 10^{- 2}$
$[H^{+}] = \frac{10^{- 14}}{[{OH}^{-}]} = \frac{10^{- 14}}{10^{- 2} \times \frac{1}{20}} = 2 \times 10^{- 11}$
