The molecules having distorted geometry have dipole moment and those having regular geometry have zero dipole moment.∵ NH3,CH3 Cl and ClO2 have distorted geometry.∴ They have dipole moment.∵ BF3 has regular triangular planar geometry.The dipole moment of BF3 is zero.
