Ortho and para hydrogen differ

Ortho H2→ If the spins of both the nuclei on same side then the hydrogen is said to be Ortho Hydrogen.Para - H2→ If the spins of both the nuclei of hydrogen molecule are in opposite direction then the hydrogen is said to be p-hydrogen."Nucleus means here protons only"
