[P] on treatment with Br2/FeBr3 in CCl4  produced a single isomer C8H7O2Br while heating [P] with soda lime gave toluene. The compound [P] is :

1,2 & 4 on heating with soda lime gives toluene. But on reaction with Br2/FeBr3 in CCl4 1 gives 3 products of formula  C8H7O2Br2gives 1 products of formula C8H7O2Br& 4 gives 2 products of formula C8H7O2Br
