Statement –II) $B {(OH)}_{3} + H_{2} O ⇌ {[B {(OH)}_{4}]}^{-} + H^{+}$
It accepts ${OH}^{-}$ ions from water and thus the $H^{+}$ ion of water will be present in aqueous solution.
