Option (2) $\underset{{SP}^{3}}{{CH}_{3}} - \underset{{SP}^{2}}{CH} = \underset{{SP}^{2}}{{CH}_{2}}$
[Step 4]:
Option (3) $\underset{{SP}^{3}}{{CH}_{3}} - \underset{SP}{C} \equiv \underset{SP}{{CH}_{2}}$
[Step 5]:
Option (4) $\underset{{SP}^{2}}{{CH}_{2}} = \underset{SP}{C} = \underset{{SP}^{2}}{{CH}_{2}}$

Therefore in option (1) all carbon atoms in same hybridization
