Solution

TeCl₆ is unknow because Te atom cannot accommodate six large Cl atoms around itself. SF₆ is extremely unreactive, because it is coordinately saturated and sterically hindered. SeF₆ is slightly less reactive then TeF₆ which is hydrolysed by water.
