Which property of an element is not variable?

Valence of an element is variable say it is 2 and 3 in FeCl2 and FeCl2 respectively

Also, equivalent mass = atomic mass  valence  and thus, it is also variable.

Atomic mass of an element is constant as it is the mass of total particles of element (proton, neutron and electron).
