Solution

Acid-base titration :
$HCl + {NH}_{4} OH ⟶ {NH}_{4} Cl 10 mmol 20 mmol$
$∴$ HCl is the limiting reagent. Solution contains ${NH}_{4} OH$ (weak base) and ${NH}_{4} Cl$ (salt of strong acid and weak base). Therefore, a basic buffer will be formed.
