$\begin{array}{l} \frac{N}{2} = \frac{50}{2} = 25 \\ C = 14, f = 14, l = 20, h = 10 \\ Mdian M = 1 + \frac{\frac{N}{2} - C}{f} \times h \\ = 20 + \frac{25 - 14}{14} \times 10 = 20 + \frac{11 \times 10}{14} \\ = 20 + 7 .86 = 27 .86 \\ ∴ Mean deviation about median = \frac{{Σf}_{i} |x_{i} - M|}{{Σf}_{i}} \\ = \frac{517 .16}{50} = 10 .34 \end{array}$
