Out of 5 horses, only one is the wining horse. The probability that Mr. A selected that losing horse is 4/5 x 3/4.
Therefore, the required probability is $1 - \frac{4}{5} \times \frac{3}{4} = 1 - \frac{3}{5} = \frac{2}{5}$
