$A - B = \frac{π}{4} or \tan (A - B) = \tan \frac{π}{4}$
$\begin{array}{l} or \frac{\tan A - \tan B}{1 + \tan Atan B} = 1 \\ or \tan A - \tan B - \tan Atan B = 1 \\ or \tan A - \tan B - \tan Atan B + 1 = 2 \\ or (1 + \tan A) (1 - \tan B) = 2 \Rightarrow y = 2 \end{array}$
Hence, $(y + 1)^{y + 1} = (2 + 1)^{2 + 1} = (3)^{3} = 27$ .
