Here, $$n=20$$,$$Sn=66000$$,$$d=200Let$$ first term is a    ∵    Sn    $$=n2$$[$$2a+(n$$−$$1)d$$]    ∴    $$66000$$    $$=202$$[$$2$$×$$a+(20$$−$$1)200$$]⇒        $$6600$$    $$=2a+19$$×$$200$$⇒        $$2a$$    $$=6600$$−$$3800$$⇒        $$2a$$    $$=2800$$⇒        a    $$=1400Hence$$, he save in the first year is $$Rs1400$$.
