$Here, Q_{1} = size of {(\frac{n + 1}{4})}^{t h} item = size of 2 nd item = 10$
$Q_{3} = size of {(\frac{3 (n + 1)}{4})}^{t h} item = size of 6 th item = 19$
$Then Q.D. = \frac{Q_{3} - Q_{1}}{2} = \frac{19 - 10}{2} = 4.5$
