Solution

Given normal lines $x - y + 1 = 0 & 2 x + y - 7 = 0$
Pt. of intersection = $C = (2, 3)$

Pt P = $(4, 9)$

Radius = $C P = r = \sqrt{4 + 36}$

$= \sqrt{40} = 2 \sqrt{10}$
